Terms and Conditions
For services offered by Kathrin Siewert – Yoga, Reiki & Personal Guidance

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, courses, private sessions, and other offerings provided freelance by me, [Your Full Name], regardless of the location (on-site, online, at companies, or private premises).

2. Registration & Booking
Participation in private sessions, group classes, or Reiki sessions requires prior registration—by phone, email, or booking tool (if used).
By booking, a binding contract is concluded.

3. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or PayPal. Payment details will be provided during booking or individually agreed upon.
Current prices are available on my website or through personal contact.

4. Appointment Changes & Cancellations
Agreed appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours before the session.
For cancellations or no-shows with less than 12 hours’ notice, the full fee will be charged.
If I need to cancel an appointment for important reasons, I will offer a replacement appointment.

5. Mindfulness & Respectful Interaction
My services are based on trust, personal responsibility, and mindful interaction.
If a participant’s behavior disrupts the process significantly or makes further cooperation unreasonable, I reserve the right to terminate the collaboration.
In such cases, fees already paid will not be refunded.

6. Health & Liability
My services do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
Participation is at your own responsibility. Please inform me in advance of any physical or mental health restrictions.
I accept no liability for damages caused by improper execution or lack of information.

7. Data Protection
Personal data is used solely for the execution and processing of the booked services. Further information can be found in my privacy policy.

8. On-Site Services
Most of my services take place directly at the client’s location—e.g., companies, private premises, or external practice rooms.
A suitable space (e.g., sufficient room, quiet environment, clean surface) and an undisturbed session/course are required.
For travel outside my usual area, an additional travel fee may apply, which will be communicated transparently beforehand.

9. Online Services
Some services (e.g., yoga sessions or Reiki treatments) are also offered online via Zoom or similar platforms. Access details will be provided in advance.
Participants are responsible for a stable internet connection, suitable space, and a functioning device.
No refunds will be given for technical issues on the client’s side (e.g., internet failure, user error).
If a session cannot take place due to technical issues on my side, a replacement appointment will be offered.

10. Final Provisions
German law applies.
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
