I’m Kathi – and I love supporting people on their personal journey to greater health and inner balance 🌿.
My path has taken me from Western medicine through a degree in health management with a focus on corporate health management, all the way to India, where I completed my 500-hour yoga teacher training and became a Reiki master ✨.
Early on, I realized that true health is more than just the absence of illness. It begins deep within – where body, mind, and soul communicate.

Today, I combine my knowledge of Western medicine with the wisdom of yoga, energy work, and a holistic view of the human being.
My greatest motivation?
Growth 🌱, connection 🤝, and genuine authenticity. I believe in miracles – and that healing comes from within. ✨

In my sessions, I don’t follow a rigid routine. Together, we explore what you need right now – whether that’s more movement 🤸‍♀️, mental clarity ☀️, or simply a space to breathe.
